CCAI is an Independent Nonprofit Organization

The Chinese Cultural & Arts Institute is a independent 501 (c)(3) nonprofit located in Harrisburg, PA in the United States and IS NOT affiliated with the Confucius Institutes, People’s Republic of China, or the CCP, and does not accept funding from any of them. The Founder is a graduate of The Juilliard School and is from Taiwan, Republic Of China, a free independent country.

A recent fraudulent event happened in Tysons, VA where someone posted a event using CCAI’s name and Spring Celebration, posting ticket sales for March 7, 2025 at the Capital One Hall. If you unfortunately were affected by this, please contact the Attorney Generals of Virginia and Pennsylvania. They are aware of this scam and investigating.
